Does the venue allow setup and breakdown outside of rented hours?

Unless, discussed previously and extra time is then the answer is NO. Please be advised that rental hours include all activities such as load in, setup, the event, breakdown, and load-out. For instance, if you select the 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM window, all preparations, event activities, and cleanup must be completed within this timeframe. We want to respect the time of all clients.
Is there a deposit required to book the venue?
Does your venue allow outside vendors?

Yes, we allow outside vendors – however – Please note that you are solely responsible for any agreements made between you and your vendors. Yard Party ATL is not involved in these arrangements, even if the vendor is listed on our recommended vendor list. Additionally, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that vendors have proper business insurance for any incidentals.
Am I responsible for my vendors actions, tardiness, and professionalism?

Yes, Clients are responsible for the actions, timeliness, and professionalism of any vendors they choose to hire, including those from our recommended vendor list. Yard Party ATL is not liable for any issues arising from a vendor’s conduct, delays, or service quality. A few examples, if a balloon artist uses balloon spray that makes the floor slippery, Yard Party ATL is not liable for any resulting issues. Another example is if your decor vendor is late with picking up their equipment. You will lose your security deposit.
What are the expectations of the balloon artist?

Come prepared with the majority of balloons blown and clustered. Breakdown of balloons and equipment need to occur at least 30 mins before the end of the contract end time. We do not house party decor. If this happens, it will result in the loss of the security deposit.

**Balloon artists are responsible for the the residue left behind from the balloons spray. Yard Party ATL is not responsible for any injury/harm due to the slippery balloon residue.
What does my booking include?
Can my guests cause me to lose my security deposit?
What if I ask staff for items outside of my contract? Like extra trash bags to be used for anything other than trash? Cups?
Do we need a Bartender for alcohol?

Yes, our in-house bartender is preferred but not required. If you choose to use an outside bartender, a $50.00 security deposit is required to ensure the bar area remains clean and free of spills and trash. Additionally, a valid bartender’s license must be submitted at least seven days prior to your event. Please email the license to YardPartyATL@gmail.com.

Can I connect my devices to the televisions?

Yes. We have smart TVs that are HDMI compatible. All guests are responsible for testing out their connections PRIOR to the event. Yard Party ATL is not responsible for any technical difficulties related to personal devices. Macbooks require an additional adaptor which Yard Party ATL does not provide. Again, we emphasize on testing your slide shows and their formats PRIOR to your event.
Is there a kitchen?

No, there is no kitchen; however, there is a designated area for serving guests or food preparation. Food storage in the management storage room is not permitted. Guests will have access to a refrigerator and microwave. Food serving tables are stationed exclusively for the designated food area.

The kitchen prep area is available for food preparation only—cooking on-site is not allowed.
